PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Kitchen: Fully custom cabinetry, open shelving with under mounted lighting, custom built hood painted to match the cabinetry then trimmed with coordinating crown molding, full natural Carrera marble slab backsplash and countertops, custom island with natural calacatta marble top, La Cornue range, Farrow and Ball paint

Flooring: We sourced reclaimed walnut boards, bleached the wood down before re-milling, then finished the floor boards using a custom blend Rubio Monocoat oil stain

Siding: Sourced lumber from an old Amish barn in Pennsylvania, replaned and finished with a custom Rubio Monocoat exterior finish

Masonry: To compliment the wood siding, we wrapped the foundation and ground level with a custom color El Dorado stone, wrapping all ground level and foundation with the veneer and hardscape was finished with natural blue stone

Windows: Marvin windows and doors

Front Door: Sourced an old church door and repurposed it into a front door, refinished all of the antique hardware and replaced the beveled glass, custom built garage door stained to match the antique mahogany front door
